Divi - website builder
We loooove Divi. There’s a little bit of a learning curve, but once you go Divi, you’ll love it too. And we offer Divi tutoring, so if you need assistance getting started, or help along the way, we’re here for you!
Bidsketch - proposals & contracts
Bidsketch gives the ability to set up a library with pricing sections, add custom sections and optional services. And since their e-signatures are legally binding, we also use it for contracts.
ClickUp - task management
ClickUp has a number of features that project managers use for complex projects, but it is easy to use for the small business owner. We offer ClickUp set up if you need help getting started.
Flywheel - WordPress hosting
Forget the C-Panel, Flywheel has the easiest user interface of all hosting platforms and affordable pricing. If you should need help, their customer service is top notch and quick.
Smash Balloon - live 3rd party feeds
Have you seen a social feed, YouTube feed or reviews feed on a website and wondered how that’s done? With Smash Balloon, it’s super easy to do! We provide help with configuring the feed(s).
Affinity - graphic design suite
We are big fans of the Affinity graphic design tools. They are easier to use and way less expnsive than Adobe. And Affinity is compatible with Adobe files. And it’s a one-time cost – no subscription!
WP Mail SMTP - email deliverability
Plugin to improve your email deliverability rates, so your messages arrive safely in the user’s inbox and not in a spam or junk folder. We offer assistance with the setup of this plugin.
How did we decide the best small business resources?

We use every one of these services in our own business.
Our decision to use them and recommend each one is based a a number of key factors:
Ease of use. If it isn’t easy to use or overly complicated, then there’s no point in going further.
Cost. Some platforms are VERY pricey. Our goal is to find the ones that are affordable for the average small business (like us!).
Function. Does it do a good job for it’s intended purpose? Some platforms are bloated with features, but really only excel at one or two functions.
Developer reputation. We don’t recommend platforms that are built by unknown, untrusted developers.
