Can I cancel my services?
Cancellations are no hassle. Services are pre-paid of the month, so the cancellation goes into effect the following month.
Do hours roll over?
Hours do not roll over.
But our goal is to make sure you are getting the best value for your money, so we may suggest downgrading to a lower plan if you consistently don’t use your monthly hours.
Can I change my package if I realize I need more or fewer hours?
Absolutely! Our goal is to make your life easier. And we realize that needs change as your business changes.
